Francisco Gonzalez began his real estate career in July of 1977 at the age of 23. He quickly became a reputable Realtor® amongst his peers in the real estate industry and earned the trust of his clients whom through recommendations helped grow his business. In the years to follow, he encouraged people to buy their homes, to start their own business, and progressed them closer to financial freedom.

In September of 1989, Frank acquired CATALANO & Associates Realty, Inc. In the course of the many years to follow, he advised clients through a proven process of informative consultation resulting in their dreams of owning a home coming true. His hard work paid off and Frank was now able to apply the knowledge he attained as a Realtor® toward his company’s success. He quickly transformed CATALANO & Associates Realty, Inc. into one the most rapidly growing real estate firms throughout the Chicagoland area by applying sound real estate practices, enforcing ethical standards, and by providing sales leadership and in-depth training to his sales force.

In January of 1996, he earned the prestigious Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation. By expanding upon his ethical and reputable career, Frank has confidently assisted loan officers, attorneys and appraisers with the legal aspects of real estate.

With over 30 years of specializing in the North and Northwest sides of Chicago and cumulative real estate sales and brokerage experience, Frank understands what buyers and sellers come to expect when buying or selling their home or business and continues to assist home buyers and sellers today. His commitment to real estate is based on hard work, determination, persistence, a positive attitude and leadership. Over the past decade Frank has still represented the Northwestern Chicagoland community. In 2008, Frank returned to school and obtained the degree of Bachelors in Human Resource Development from Northeastern Illinois University.
